The family of Lloyd Robertson confirmed the veteran broadcaster died last night. The Stratford native got his start at a local radio station in 1952 before landing with the CBC in 54. He went on to spend 35 years with CTV before being named to the Order of Canada and Canadian Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame. He was the first journalist inducted to Canada's Walk of Fame. He was 92. One person seriously injured after a collision in Vaughan. York police say a motorcycle and a car collided during the lunch hour yesterday.
